Eichinger, Nate

Nate Eichinger is Director of Continuous Improvement at Fontaine Modification, based out of Charlotte, NC. Nate graduated with a BSME from Purdue University in 2010, before joining Fontaine Modification at their Dallas, TX area location in 2011. Since then, he has held a number of operational management roles working with the diverse teams across Fontaine Modification’s 10 locations. As Director of CI, Nate enjoys working with the teams to develop and implement Continuous Improvement tools and strategies to help improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. Nate believes that people are a companies most valuable asset and that through educating and empowering people at all levels of the company, great things can be accomplished. When not at work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, SCCA racing, and anything outdoor related.
