Grace McGinnis is a Technology Manager in the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy’s Vehicle Technologies Office (VTO), supporting VTO’s community-facing initiatives. She leads the Clean Cities Energy and Environmental Justice Initiative, manages several VTO-funded EV Community Partner projects, and supports the development of public-facing tools and resources to educate the public and key stakeholders about alternative fuels.
