Tim Jensen created Veridus Group Inc. in 2011 and serves as Principal. In the past decade, Veridus has partnered with dozens of clients in a wide range of markets including local government, K-12 and higher education, health care, law, construction management, private development, and non-profit organizations. Tim has been the Owner’s Representative on over $1B of public and private work and consistently provides high-level leadership to clients and the Veridus team. Prior to the inception of Veridus Group Inc., Tim spent 15 years as a broker, developer, and contractor. Extensive experience in real estate development and construction industries provided Tim with a specialized perspective to notice that the owner was often the most neglected and under-utilized resource on almost every project. Passionate to change the traditional approach to projects, Tim launched Veridus to serve clients and communities through provision of owner’s representation, economic development consulting, civil engineering design, building forensics, and government innovation services. Tim Jensen serves on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Leadership Board, Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, and as a Brookside Community Development Corporation Board Member. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan. Tim is certified in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and is an Accredited Professional in Leadership in Energy Efficient and Environmental Design (LEED AP). Tim and his wife, Katie, live in Indianapolis with their two sons.
